Tough to get it right- way-laid getting here with the packing and organizing –
oops – I forgot this, OH no that too and now I have some work that has to be done…
FINALLY on the road – poor Genessa waiting on us as we mutter through…
Finally one the road – brief stop in Ulysses to visit friend and Artist Tracy and husband Lynn at the Main Artery on Main Street Ulysses. great art and supplies, fun classes like this morning with daisy painting as well as some tasty new products. Just the best people!
Then on to Johnson, bummer no RV park… and we did not get a chance to test run the generator operation for running the RV ….OH NO and of course late into the night and after a wind-in – the- face ride no water for a shower and no air-conditioning. No power getting into the RV – No telling – work on it tomorrow!
Had great baked potato sponsored by the hospital as a fundraiser and wonderful cherry pie, then off to be Dropped off at the Colorado Border and ride into Johnson! WINDY! south and southeast so NOT OUR BEST FRIEND.
We made it –

We Arrived Johnson Kansas – Genessa’s first BAK! My companion Paul is support – coming to our rescue and driving the RV. Geti was too slow to get into the picture…just hanging around in the RV for now…

After a little meal of Baked Potatoes and PIE, home made … off to the border
