BAK TEAM SLOTH

2024 Original Team Sloth 50th anniversary of BAK

I will apologize to any looking at our page.. I Really do not know how to manage these pages but eventually I will learn….

Biking 2026 and BAK addition to Team Sloth:

Genessa started cycling late last year, late 2025, on my loner bike and by August had her own Specialized road bike! We started training in mid-March and have had some weeks that we actually were able to ride 4 days – we tried initially to follow the schedule that was suggested on the BAK site, but both of us working full time made it tough as well as really cold and super windy weather and early darkness …

Lately we have been getting some longer and stronger rides in!!

We have some really great riding routes. Genessa is getting much more comfortable especially when it comes to traffic as this is all really new for her. Cattle trucks are still one of the really hard wakes to have going by at 65-70 MPH, not to mention the smell and potential “debris”.

(LEFT) On the road again – Jenny Barker loop! Get some speed down the hill, 31.8 mph!!!

Heading out at Plymel – we found how far the pavement would take us! Then back to 83 south to the “golf ball” some type of radar but looks like a giant golf ball. Good 53 mile ride.
